As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in the success of camp. Your role will focus mainly on helping in our kitchen alongside our camp cook and doing maintenance work outdoors. Although you will be staying the entire week, please recognize that being a volunteer is not a paid position and is different from being a camper or camp counsellor; though, volunteering comes with excellent perks when it comes to future job or school applications and is an excellent first step to potentially working at BYC.

Our goal is to create and maintain an environment in which campers, volunteers, and staff can experience positive social, emotional, and spiritual growth.  Your contribution is important to this environment.  Volunteers that display positive work qualities such as; teamwork, time management, good work ethic, independence, and enthusiasm will be looked to first for future employment opportunities with BYC.
