Assigned to a number of different camp games in the program throughout the week. CIT’s will work closely with senior counselors and the camp directors to gain helpful experience in becoming better leaders and future counselors.
Ensure campers are made to feel welcome at all times.
Assist in creating and maintaining an environment in which campers can experience positive social, emotional, and spiritual growth.
Exhibit responsible behaviour and be a good role model for campers
